For Overflight and/or landing permission please provide us your full name and address of company or operator, principal and billing address, nationality of aircraft, aircraft type, MTOW, aircraft registration, call sign or flight number, purpose of flight, route, operation route (entry/exit points), schedule, name of captain, number of crew, type of cargo/number and name of passengers, etc...

We will contact you back within 24 hours after receiving your request by e-mail or fax and upon your confirmation on fees and charges payment, the processing for permit will begin and normally will be available within 3 to 5 days. Rush permission can be also obtained by paying additional fee.

For Airlines/Operators with scheduled series of O/F, billing is to be sent for collection at the end of each month. Payment has to be made within 7 days of the date of invoice.

For both series and single O/F, invoice is to be sent by e-mail only. Your are requested to provide also your accounting e-mail address for easy communication. When payment completed it is also requested to provide us by e-mail your copy of banking transfer slip.
